Yee, I have, but I don´t like films so much, because many things are missing in the Film (!Details!) , that are in the book!
I still thought the GOF was better then the order of phoenix but i love the battle scene in OoTP

Books are always better than the films.
In the film there is missing lots of details that are in the book.
You can´t compare the book with the film.
And I will spoil everybody who wants to wait for the translation! No mercy!
That's what they did to me, too, when I still read the series in German and the older ones read the original versions just after the release.
But now I am on the other end of the lingual food chain.

Harry Potter is great. Undoubtably. And it stays interesting, because Ms. Rowling has let the books grow with the generation that reads it.

I do not like the films too much. Went into no. 1 and 4 (after a lot of conviction) and found both crappy, the former in particular. No. 5 is said to be better... but I read the book, that's enough for me.
also, anyone know who wrote another fake version of DH uz its writing style is remarkably similar to JKR's

My mother always hated Harry Potter for it's 'witchcraft', and being overly religious about it. I know many people who say: "Harry Potter is gay, Harry Potter sucks." Have they read even the first book? Or watched any movie? No. They say that because they are led to believe that by their family or peers, not because of an actual opinion. Also, as it is your opinion to say it is boring, it is my advice to tell you to actually read, watch, or try something new before commenting upon it. Only my eldest sister and me read the Harry Potter books in my family. Is it a coincidence that the rest of my family dislikes the series when they have not read the books? So go borrow a Harry Potter book from the local library, read it thoroughly, and then make your comments. Do not, however, relay unfound comments by people you converse with.

Also I dislike the movies. Do the movie writers actuallybelieve they can do better than one of the most remarkable authors of our time? I understand when they omit certain parts because the movie would be too long, but just downright changing an entire scene to fit their fancy is idiotic. Also don't judge the books by the movies; I have read nearly every HP book 4 times (only deathly Hallows once) and the movies are terrible in comparison.
also, it's kinda disappointing to know that since ron wasn't even mentioned in quiditch on OotP that he'll either be cut off from the team in the 6th book or quiditch won't even be on there, and the game has a great significance in the plot, i hope they'll at least extend the allotted time for tje next 2 movies

big deal. in book 7 the events are so easy guessable. Harry survives and kills Voldy (this event is the most evident) and he marries Ginny (again so evident). A lot of people predicted from book 1 that harry kills Voldy and a lot of people predicted after they read book 6 that Harry marries Ginny
Uh-duh. Did anyone actually not expect this to happen? But the fact the Harry survived was quite an issue. Many people believed he would die and rejoin with his parents/Sirius.
