Actually, nobody is involved for now to host a free server, since they started but now they stopped due to their problems, in conclusion you must get a VPS to host yourself the server.

You can get free vps at this link vps.me or here FreeVPS but the biggest disadvantage is that FreeVPS is a forum and you must be active by replying otherwise they will reject and suspend your VPS due to the inactivity.

Otherwise, you must buy a VPS to host a server because getting a free vps isn't so easy and some of them can be fake.
