Okay. No Off-Topic posts here. Just ideas.

Wtf? You can still do that. It's just not changed instantly in some cases because it could be abused.
1. Portable supplys and dispencers (I don't know about turrets because that would be rigged?)
Reason I want it: Sometimes I build a dispeser or something at the front of the battle and after we advance I usually want to move it. (Also super supplies because I don't like having it far from base)
What the portable stuff includes: To build it, you must "attach wheels" it should be a building where you first build the wheels and you build the dispenser or supply on it. Then you can move the item anywhere within # of spaces (up to you DC) every round/second (again up to DC). *Note - Only the person who build the wheels can move an item, whether it someone else's building*
Turrets - Not sure about this one, many people would disapprove. But it would be cool if you could build a turret at your own base, upgrade it, and move it to the front lines.

1. Gate - A object in the build menu which creates a door/gate for you to open and close. This door/gate should be only openable by the same team

Okay friends I have a very good idea. I want sprays to have all the wonderful colors! That way I can create a beautiful rainbow spray for all to enjoy! I hope DC sees this and makes it!

I know I've suggested this before but I really hope Surround Sound can be consider'd to be an option in the game.

Heat seeking rockets launcher -- bulding that shoots a rocket every 3 seconds, but is only allowed to go a limited distance. But the rocket does follow the player, and explodes on anything made contact with(excluding weapons from player)
Kill per death ratio in tab -- only shows the ratio of the current round score.
Add more sounds for tiles -- Carpet, concrete, and glass
Add more server setting options -- Allowed to pick up more than 1 primary, in the setting the host chooses from 0 - 5 primary weapons to pick up (5 seems more than enough to me).

Since in 0.1.2.1 we have the possibility to hide messages produced by the setname command, the next logical step in my mind would be to add a hide parameter to the customkill command, to make silent assassinations possible.

When placed on the wall,it can be shooted through with a little amount damage down. Just like in CS 1.6.
And,if the wall is very big,you should place it like line:
You can also choose which one :
Wood (75% of dmg)
Stone (40% of dmg)
and etc.
(Can't be done with LUA,I think,and it is CS 1.6 like-ish.)
