Well DC removed the spam/flame/offtopic button from the moderator/admin panel...

You could just send the moderator a pm to check up on the situation.

1 week cooldown for avatar changing? Are you kidding me? That's such a useless thing. Anyway, a chatbox would be more then needed. It would be awesome.
