Yet without Internet he cannot get pass the loading screen and therefore you posting an upload to makes bots smarter is useless and off-topic.

deletemepl0x: Why did you turn your Internet off anyway? Yates: Latvian net is the most sh*ties and most expensive net in the world. And where I live, there can be used only one internet connection: LMT, what is rly for jerks. Doesen't almost work sometimes...

Ofcourse if you use "Latvijas Mobīlais Telefons", in translation - "Latvian Mobile Phone" It's an MOBILE internet. If you're in city, then a normal human would choose "Latvijas Telefons", in translation - "Latvian Phone". Cheap. BUT, the speed can go up to the 500MB per sec., and thats the fastest internet in the world. But the husband of my aunt selected 100MB/s and phone for 20Ls (30-40USD) per month. For example USA internet, is as slow as a slime.
