hey guys i really need help i got a vps and it laggs when a doss happens and i cant really do anything beacuse im not always online whenever i open cs2d i cant find my sv i think they doss beacuse i got the best tiba script that nobody has help out please?

Are you sure it's DoS? I think is your VPS related instead (at least I think so). Such scripts like Tibia is too heavy and I won't recommend to anyone to host a server with tibia script on their shitty VPS. Otherwise, it'll just end up with more problems and your server will become unstable.

Of course, I don't deny the fact that some people will may attack your server with junk packets until the server will become unstable and thus crashes but I'm just saying anyway. Mind you, tell us your specs of your VPS?
