I try to start the server but it does not appear in the serverlist look at the picture below;

@user ead: Actually is [08:47:18] line and not [08:47:08], anyway make sure in your VPS firewall that doesn't block the connection with the U.S.G.N service.
Try to use usgn_addserver in console to see if is working.

You can use port 0 to 65535 (0 being auto detect).
