If i understood corectly (to be precise) you want a 24/7 server for free, which to host it you need a VPS for that matter.

However, getting a free VPS or a free server isn't easy at all, so the only option is choosing those free VPS hosters (down below) or you must to pay a VPS for it:

> HapHost (the registration of this service is still closed, but you can wait some days or weeks until it will open, depends on their activity).

Also you must have some knowledge to handle a VPS and the server and securing your server as well.

And your description seems very poorly and bad made, so you must be explicit when you want some help.
