And it looks like you misunderstood how it works. You still need to have a computer up and running 24/7 if you want to run your server 24/7 (http://www.cs2d.com/faq.php?show=net_24_7#net_24_7)

You also need to open an UDP port if you plan to play with other people. Also, you should change your title, what if we are on Linux ?
