If you really think it's the light engine do this:
Make sure you are using the latest video card drivers Try DX/OpenGL Disable the light engine I've tried using a small resolution in the app and openGL and still do that.

what the... sorry that's just nonsense! He either answers himself or he doesn't. I definitely won't contact him for you. I just tried to help you.
