If you want dedicate other servers you should create another sys file (for example mysys) to create another server.
The sys file is important for a server.

first upload files to your vps in new folder and then name it to cs2d, or anything else
for chmod, type chmod -R 777 * , if it didnt work, then type chmod -R * 777 (P.S: this is done with putty)
then, go to putty, open and login, then type cs2d/cs2d_dedicated
or anything that you renamed folder, and then you see cs2d dedicated
WARNING: this method is not 24/7 , when you cloase putty server close, this is only for testing server from errors...
now the 24/7 method, type nohup cs2d/cs2d_dedicated
and then you will see ingnoring input and appending output to 'nohup.out'
INFO: the server will stay open even if you close putty with this method....
