Well I have seen people wearing hats in servers and I want to use one. So i looked into CS2D's folder and found the images for hats but I have no idea on how to use them.

Well, you can only use hats on servers which have the right script installed (just search for hat scripts).
Put thesefiles to the right directory, add it to server.lua, run the server and tadaaa.
