A processor worth £200+ and a video card worth about £40?
How well does it run?

I really don't see why you need all this useless shit, when you can get a PC just like mine for just £600 that plays all new games at about 60fps with max settings. Waste of money if you ask me.

1.512 GB RAM?
That seems a bit strange... Do you mean your hard drives?
I mean 16 GB RAM is really good but 1512...

This way you won't need to get stronger parts for a while though

I'm pretty sure I posted this in another thread not too long ago:
Gaming/Compiling/CPU/Showing-off Rendering Rig:
CPU: Intel Core i7 2700K; OC'd @ 4.8GHz using Cooler Master
Case: Cooler Master HAF X chassis
GPU: 2x ATI Radeon HD7950; OC'd @ 950Mhz
RAM: 32GB G.Skill RipJaws X @ 2133Mhz, CAS=9
Storage: 2x 128GB SSD's in a RAID1
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H
PSU: Cooler Master Silent Gold Pro 1200W

I then have a machine I use for testing software on the average computer, as well as for working thanks to the super high power consumption of my gaming rig:

CPU: Intel Core i3 2100 ( locked multiplier )
GPU: nVidia GTX550Ti
RAM: 8GB G.Skill Ares @ 1600Mhz, CAS=8
Storage: 2x 80GB Intel 80GB SSD in RAID1
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H
PSU: Yama 650W ( some no-name brand, I'd been using it for a long time hadn't given up yet, so when I upgraded this PC to keep up with modern average PC's, I just left it in there )

Laptop: Well, it's an EEEPC 701 I bought a pretty long time ago. Can't remember specs, they don't matter much because I just use it so I can code in bed. I coding in bed.

My real, beefy storage is on network drives, a RAID10 totalling 10TB of storage space. Currently only 7 point something of those terries are used though, I'm an impulse buyer. Didn't really need that much space or that much redundancy TBH. None of the disks have failed yet and I doubt they will be failing any time soon.

GPU:GIGABYTE N660OC-2GD
CPU:AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition (3.4Ghz normal, didn't try to overclock it)
RAM: 2x4GB (+ 1x2GB I had before)
HDD: 120GB SSD
Power unit: 600Watts

I don't get why people are buying these uberious PC parts (unless they aren't doing some crazy shit like user DannyDeth), I got this parts for tottaly 480$ and it's really fine.

Edit: I forgot to post OS: Win XP SP3 (should upgrade to W7 later)
