and the installation language is in russian - but all i see is weird symbols, and because of that i dont know where to import my cd key & passwords.

If you have any solution, then please do tell.
You need to set a properly encoding for Non-Unicode programms in Windows.
Ask google or wait for my official instructions , Sergeant.
