4. Free mod install --> which to choose from?

6. If you buy you get free forum/website with subdomain (uk.to ,us.to,org.org ...etc)

Good panel will cost you 200$, I highly doubt that you can afford that. Free panels are mostly poor.

I do not spam, I constate the fact that you cannot code a panel yourself. Therefore you either bought it or downloaded a free one.
