how could someone NOT be using usgn id 0 ?
means this guy changed his id throught memory hacking and then loggged into your server where you server asked the usgn if he really is logged in.
"logged in with ID 0" and "not logged in" are two different states.
someone somehow tried to manipulate his login and tried to login with ID 0 - which must fail because there is not even an account with ID 0. the USGN masterserver checked the correctness of that fake-login and came to the conclusion that it is incorrect.
however when using Lua with player(x,"usgn") you will receive a 0 for players which are not logged in.
this does not mean that they are logged in with id 0 but that they are not logged in at all.
