Hello i am new here.I like to know about the dedicated server hosting - how can i know whats my server's name?I extracted the cs2d_dedicated in the cs2d's folder and i clicked on the dedicated - the window pop out?! But how can i know my server's name? And i dont see my server in the server list. PLS HELP

Sometimes, well scrap that.. most of the time it has to do with your firewall, you need to know how to port forward (I have no idea, so don't ask me)
The server name, is what you use when you start a new game.. So it should have that name.
Edit: By the way, you should change the title name.. most of the threads get deleted with such a name.

yes, you can change EVERY single setting via remote control.

join your server and enter the following. replace the password with your server rcon password and x with the number of players:

cs2d cmd rcon_pw YOUR-RCON-PASSWORD
cs2d cmd rcon cs2d cmd sv_maxplayers X

attention: it is NOT possible to change this setting if the game has been started with the "-maxplayers" command line parameter!
