man i am not sure if is possible to bind in cs2d. I binded some keys on cs 1.6. Try this ---> bind <key> <function>
for example: bind Lalt attack 2
you made mutch misstakes. You cant bind just left alt like when you press it, you secondary atack with knife imidetaly.
binding is like going to options and setting controls in menu but using command "bind" is manual
2) bind some keys to the numpad keys in the controls menu and see how the keys are called (afterwards press cancel so it doesn't save your changes)
2- bind "mwheeldown" "weapon flash; attack"
3- bind "mwheelup" "weapon HE; attack"

Bind 1 --> Selects knife, but dont attack.
bind 2 --> Attack whitout selecting flash.
bind 3 --> Working correctly.
2 of 14 binds i have aren't working only... (those two firsts)
