You can download it here.
You control your effects with mouse. Just move the mouse around and the lines will follow it.
If you don't like what you have drawn, just click it and start all over again.
I recommend Grappa RB because it has all colors instead of just white and blue or red, but Grappa White is also awesome
When you download, extract the archive and open the file .html with notepad.
Edit the height and width as following:
Height: 1000
Width: 1200
Then save and open it with Firefox and press F11 to hide everything but the content. When you are done, take a screenshot and press F11 again to bring your tools back.
Also, I recommend Window Clippings as screenshot program because it creates high resolution pictures.
