Submachine Guns should be more powerful, because it's barely used and it isn't very effective against other weapons. Also their firing rate like MP5 and UMP45 are too slow, not like in real life or in real CS.
I think their rate of fire should be increased and also lesser weight to be more effective. Sub-machineguns are probably the least used, except for the p90 though.

Stop there. Why would you need to? Posting in this thread is fine, making your own wouldn't matter as DC would read it anyway, even if he didn't and your idea was good it would be quoted loads of times and maybe a mod will suggest this to DC anyway.

If you click Secondary Attack while holding flare,
your flare will burn in own hands and stop burning when time out. When it stopped burning, you cant use it again, if you will press Primary Attack it will fly, but will not burn again.

Anyway, the idea is that when something is on top of a portal it comes out the other end and drops on a random place like a supply.
So, if you have a supply or you die on a portal it comes out the other end like so;

I agree.
My advice is to slow down hostages. Their new speed makes it less exciting when you rescue them, it removes ability to track opponents movements, to kill hostages if you can not catch the rescuer, and for rescuer to use their slow speed for an ambush.
