ok, i have been reading some threads of people that can't host a server, but i bet my problem is a lot more different - here:

I created a server in "new game"

I can play normaly

I can walk, shot, i can do anything normal

People don't come in my server, no matter what,
and i know that some of u guys will say: u.s.g.n. is offline, but i had this problem since october, when i begin at CS2D.
And more:
I've trying to do the command "server" in the console.
then it shows : 0.0.0.0:36963, and i'm in a hurry to host my server. need help.

EDIT: And also, I DISABLED THE OFFLINE/LAN OPTION. the only options marked are: spraylogo transfer and map transfer. so i need help, since i want my friends and other ppl to join my server and play: and if theres a connection error to u.s.g.n. thats because i'm brazilian, but i can see other brazilians hosting their servers too. even my classmate host one, i did everything he told me and i still can't host. If theres the same problem the other people. i'll do what you tell, and i also received the message that my server is on the list at the console, and it doesn't, i know that cuz my friend did not seen my server in the list, thats why i need help.
