But to talk about something or someone and compare, you should at least get to know other people's work better and prepare arguments and facts for evidence. I am little interested in the opinion of people not substantiated by arguments and facts, especially those with the framework and limitations of their fantasy. And user AlexGuy is right - for me, realistic 2,5D HD style in CS2D is always better than default comic ugliness.
Therefore, I try to make my pixels skins large, sufficiently detailed, transparent, with shadows and correctly scaled.

I mean, I can get behind that;
But - and this is a massive but
It's not his content.
He didn't make this.
All he did was just photoshop already existing guns to make them fit CS2D.
It's about being original here, not about his methods of making skins/etc.
I'll say that some of his other content is genuinely interesting and bringing something new onto the table;
But this isn't it, doesn't feel anywhere close to it.
And - To begin with CS2D wasn't really about in the realism in the beginning, CS in general never was really realistic persay.
I'm not saying everyone should go for 2d sprites/pixel art skins.
It's just that kinda borderline if not outright stealing stuff from CS:GO isn't the way to go.
I mean, the photoshops are well done plus he had to do the inhand icons+silencer icons on his own, props to him for that. But the icons don't seem consistent, despite being literally the same gun, there's no difference. Even in the actual CS:GO guns.
CS:GO skins don't change the core anatomy of guns, it's all visual, here on the other hand are some strange visual diffences that at closer look are noticeable due to probably poor photoshopping, such as the asimov M4 having thinner trigger, shorter magazine, bigger gaps in the stock and thinner handguard, just to mention a few really.
I don't wanna shit on the guy, I want him to actually improve.
I would really wanna see him do like a stock M4A4, without any fancy skins, to see how that would turn out.
He doesn't even state these are CS:GO ports.

Skinned weapons are ew.
I can do better - and I have, but as the saying goes;
"The engravings give you no tactical advantage whatsoever"
Especially when you just crop out cs:go pictures.
I mean, props to you for knowing how to use a photoshop.
But besides that it's not really original content persay.
The gun shapes aren't even the same, which only proves further that these were not made by you.
I mean, considering the fact this is the same gun, they shouldn't differ in the general shape, but here there are subtle differences, such as the trigger, front grip, even the barrel.

Low quality content - scaled down image of a m4a1. I'd be lying to myself if I were to say it's good by any means. For a resize it ain't half bad, though it leaves much to desire.

Thanks for your likes, at this moment I work on a rotational basis on Yamal, I will return home in a few months and will probably download a pack of sprites from all the game graphics in this style.
