Having the upgrade process as health means that 1 shot won't remove all the progress. Instead it will be treated as normal health.
EDIT:
I made it fade from startcolor to endcolor, it's currently set from green to red.
Also I kept the size of the bar, it only appears when your mouse is over a building and it's transparent. So no, I'm not changing the size, I like it that size
